LEARN TACTICAL PROCESSES THAT ARE SIMPLE

Meditation is basically very simple. You just need to sit comfortably and quietly repeat your mantra.

You can meditate anywhere and at any time. To borrow a line from one of my Chopra instructors - “Have Mantra, will Meditate!”

There are many mantras that can be used. Mantra, meaning mind tool or mind vehicle, is used as an anchor of the mind , the mind’s object of attention. There are mantras for different purposes.

There are mantras for specific ailments, There are mantras general in nature, such as So Hum, which brings balance to the disharmonies in our lives. There are healing mantras, such as Nnnnn, which, when directing the sound to the ear while meditating, will have a healing effect to the ear. Then there are people specific mantras that are in tune with each person’s inner being, such as the mantras used in Primordial Sound Meditation.

Simply sit comfortably and quietly repeat your mantra. SIMPLE!
